New Congress

Well the first 100 hours of this new Congress is underway and within their first 100 hours, there is nowhere on their agenda that talks about Iraq. The very issue that gave the Democrats control of Congress after the November 7 Midterm Elections. However this New Congress says they want to show the American people that they can pass legislation that can benefit the American people. Also it is said that the New Congress doesn't have a complete plan on how to deal with Iraq and that is why it isn't on the agenda for the first 100 hours but it doesn't mean that discussion on Iraq hasn't come up and will not continue to come up. Therefore they are asking the American people to be patient as they try to draw up a plan that will bring an end to the violence to American forces.

Time will tell on what the true agenda of this New Congress will entail and I only hope that the American people and our military benefits from this Congress.
