Republican Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Monday that Democratic Sen. Hillary Clinton is "certainly electable" in the 2008 presidential race, which she officially joined over the weekend.
The billionaire mayor has said he does not plan to formally support any candidate in the race, explaining that he prefers to stay neutral because he has to work with many of the hopefuls. In the past he has given his support and money to candidates in both major parties, including Democrat Al Gore for the 2000 election and President Bush for his re-election four years later....
