United States Senator Joe Biden now declares that he is going to seek to put together his committee to run for President of the United States of America on the Democratic side. Another name to add to the already loaded list that hasn't quite seen the bigger names added yet. However, is Biden's bid for the Presidency legit. Does he have a shot at actually winning? Well nothing's over until it starts and time will only tell what will take place as Biden's name goes into the hat and more names are still to come.
